Terms for the OAKEN website and account, solar equipment enquiries, EPC services and logistics. Please also review the specific terms of an order before confirming it.

Website services and enquiries

OAKEN presents solar equipment, project services and logistics through this website. Submitting a form, configuring a preliminary solar system, receiving a tracking code or creating an account does not itself place an order, book transport or form an execution contract. Commitments are established through the parties’ clear agreement to the relevant offer and specific terms; website terms do not replace that contract.

Accounts and contact details

Provide accurate, current information for yourself or someone you are authorised to represent. Keep passwords and private tracking codes confidential and report suspected misuse. OAKEN staff do not need your password to provide support. An account or enquiry does not constitute consent to advertising; newsletter preferences are separate.

Prices, availability and equipment orders

The offer or pro forma invoice should identify the model, quantity, availability, payment currency, taxes and freight charges. Prices and availability may change before order confirmation, and each offer has its stated validity. Ask about discrepancies before accepting. Substituting a model or changing confirmed order terms requires agreement between the parties.

Technical information and safe use

Check the approved datasheet for the exact model against site conditions and the confirmed proposal. Product images alone are not technical specifications. Referencing a standard without the corresponding certificate does not establish certification. Qualified professionals must handle final selection, installation, electrical protection and commissioning. Do not open energised equipment for diagnosis.

Preliminary design and EPC projects

Panel, inverter and plant-sizing tools provide preliminary estimates based on supplied information, not construction designs or guarantees of generation or financial returns. Final engineering depends on site, irradiation, shading, structure, grid, safety and permitting reviews. The proposal and project contract define engineering, procurement, construction, testing, handover, schedule and responsibility for approvals.

Cargo information and freight enquiries

Provide accurate route, commodity, gross weight, package count and dimensions. If dimensions are unknown, request assistance; a firm quote and booking depend on confirmation of the required information. Disclose batteries, dangerous goods, temperature requirements and special packaging before transport is accepted. Cargo must be permitted under the rules applicable to its route.

Transport confirmation, charges and insurance

Before confirmation, clarify the service, OAKEN’s and the carrier’s roles, route, pricing basis, included and excluded costs, customs duties and procedures, packaging responsibilities and claims conditions. Submitting a request does not automatically insure cargo. Any agreed insurance cover and exclusions are specified separately. Changed cargo details or routing may require a revised offer and your agreement.

Shipment tracking

The map and status show the latest recorded location and events with their reporting times. The map is schematic, not live GPS, and its displayed route is not necessarily the actual route travelled. Estimated arrival times can change with transport or customs conditions. Any committed delivery date must be identified in the transport agreement.

Payment and transaction records

Verify the invoice or contract and recipient details through OAKEN’s official contact channels before paying. Do not send card details, banking passwords or sensitive payment information through contact or chat forms. A website enquiry does not charge you or confirm payment. Keep payment receipts and order correspondence for follow-up.

Warranty, returns and cancellation

The warranty provider, duration, coverage, exclusions and service process should be disclosed for the specific product before purchase. Changes, cancellation, returns and claims for shortage, discrepancy or damage depend on the transaction, applicable mandatory law and valid agreed terms. Nothing on this page removes non-waivable customer rights. An enquiry does not oblige you to purchase.

Acceptable use and security

Do not impersonate others, access another person’s account, send unlawful content or malware, or disrupt the website. Suspicious access or misuse may be restricted for security review; contact OAKEN to request a review. Such restrictions do not themselves remove valid order obligations or either party’s legal rights.

Content and privacy

Respect rights in OAKEN’s name, mark and original content, as well as third-party rights. Commercial reuse of protected material requires the relevant permission; you may consult information to assess products and cooperation with OAKEN. The privacy policy explains information handling, cookies and requests to correct or delete data. Submit only information needed for your request.

Questions, disputes and updates

Send a clear description of any issue and the order or enquiry reference through Contact OAKEN. Seeking a support resolution does not prevent recourse to competent authorities or legal rights. Updated terms appear here with an updated date; later changes do not by themselves alter earlier contracts. Specific obligations are interpreted under applicable mandatory law and valid agreements.
