Contact forms collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, message and optional product/project information. The chat stores messages and a random browser identifier so you can receive replies on the same browser.
Signed-in accounts can save products, see enquiries submitted while signed in and change newsletter preferences. Customer sign-in uses an OAKEN email-and-password account with a session cookie. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Contact and address details can prefill freight requests; shipment access is restricted to the owning account or the private tracking code and matching contact information. Language preferences use a cookie and browser storage.
This preview stores website records on its hosted database. Email notifications are not yet connected. A protected Desk integration can make enquiries and chats available to authorised staff when configured. Information should not be treated as already delivered to a personal mailbox.
Do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive documents in public forms. Manage newsletter preferences from your account; for data access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@oaken.info. A retention policy and final production provider notice will be confirmed before public launch.
